UK. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer, Cash by Registered Mail, PayPal (see terms below) or Personal Cheque. If paying by cheque allow 14 days from your posting to delivery as this is to include 5 working days for cheque clearance from our bank, please note that we cannot accept cheques which are payable from a non UK. bank.

Please note that due to the ever increasing amount of credit card fraud we are now obliged to take precautions to protect ourselves and our customers against any illegal credit card usage or its information. Mail Order retailers are now particularly vulnerable to fraud as we are not afforded the same protection as when the purchaser is present, your card or its information can be used without your knowledge and in the event of any unauthorised purchase being made with your card it is us the retailer not the card holder or the credit card company who has to stand any subsequent loss due to illegal usage.
UK. Credit Card Orders
These are processed electronically using information provided by the Card holder, this authourisation is normally completed on line when we request payment.
We cannot send to Gift Addresses, Secondary Addresses, P.O Boxes etc. unless you have been a previous verified customer.

Non - UK Credit Card Orders
We CANNOT take an order on the basis of a Credit Card information alone, we must have an authourisation from your credit card issuer or bank confirming the identity of the Credit Card Owner and Credit Card Account Address (Confirmed Address) to which we will send any goods ordered. This process is normally completed within 24 hours but it may take longer depending on your banks response. Without this clearance we will be unable to proceed with the order, should this be the case we suggest an alternative method is to have your payment transferred directly into our bank account.

Please note that our bank (Lloyds TSB) has informed us that due to confidentiality banking laws France & Denmark do not permit such information or authourisation being given to third parties and as such alternative methods of payment should be considered.

UK. POSTAGE / SHIPPING
We now ship bulky items with a value of over £20 by 3-5 working day Courier service.
Smaller items up to 1k cost £5, larger items will cost slightly more
Other small items Royal Mail First Class* £1 - £4
*Insurance extra if required.
As we have so many different items it is difficult to quote exact prices as the cost will depend on the weight of your order, so an order with several items we would have to calculate the cost on the total weight.

OVERSEAS ( non UK.) POSTAGE / SHIPPING
Due to the varied & different postal charges to worldwide destinations please order by credit card & the correct postage will be added. If using Bank Transfer please confirm total costs including postage and bank charges before making transfer.
Non UK items of a value up to £30 will be sent by `Royal Mail International Signed For` which requires a signature on delivery
All items of a value exceeding £30 will be sent via International Courier Service.
Important Information for Non-EU Customers
.We are not responsible for any Import Duty or local taxes that may be have to be paid when you import goods from a Non-EU country so it is advisable that you check to see what import taxes or duty may be applicable or payable before purchasing. Should you choose to return your purchase then any refund of payment will be for the original purchase price only and not for any shipping or taxes you may have paid.
