Royal Air Force issue from the early 70`s to the early 90`s, the MK. 3C is THE classic RAF Flight Helmet, used by the flight crews of all front line fixed wing & rotary combat aircraft including the LIGHTNING, CANBERRA, HUNTER, PROVOST, JAGUAR, BUCCANEER,  PHANTOM,  HARRIER, TORNADO etc. and considered by many to be the first all round RAF high altitude fast jet & rotary wing helmet. This marque first issued in the early 70`s remained in service as general issue with modifications until the late 80`s until finally being fully superceded by the MK.4A / 10 series.
